Overall, my stay was enjoyable but had its ups and downs. The hotel offers lovely pools with great views, and the service is consistently friendly and helpful. However, the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired, and I found the bed uncomfortable. The dining options were good, but I wished for more variety.
